    • ●Access information

      Access control time - 00:30 ~ 05:00 (penalty points will be imposed for late-night access)
      • ◈The Gyeongsangbuk-do Global Exchange Center has a 24-hour access control system, and access details are stored electronically.
      • ◈Residents must comply with the above access control time, and penalties will be given according to the official regulations if they do not comply.
      • ◈Even if you apply for a night out and obtain approval, you cannot enter or exit during access control hours.

    • ●How to use the access system

      • ① Place the access card in the center of the card reader for about 1 second and check the green light before entering.
      • ② Even if multiple people enter and exit at the same time, place the access card on the card reader and enter.
      • ③ Renting and transferring to others (including roommates) is prohibited, and penalty points are imposed if caught.(Must carry it with you when entering the dormitory)

      • ① Position the access card in the door lock reader (door lock bottom center) for about 1 second to unlock it and pull the lever down to enter.
      • ② Do not use the door abnormally.

    • ●Carry and use access card key

      • (1) Always carry an access card

        • ◈Renting and transferring to others (including roommates) is prohibited, and an access card must be presented when checking the carry of the card key of the supervisor and assistant.(Must carry it with you when entering the dormitory)

      • (2) How to manage access cards

        • ◈Do not place the access card in a strong magnetic field or high temperature.
        • ◈The access card may not work even if you have it in your wallet, use it with another card (student ID, credit card, etc.), or stay with your cell phone (smartphone) for a long time.

      • (3) Reissuance of access card

        • ◈If you lose your access card, you must report it to the administrative office immediately and get it reissued.
        • ◈The reissuance fee is 10,000 won and is only available in cash.
        • ◈If you lose your access card, you only have to pay for the reissue, and you must upgrade the door lock (door lock) code and upgrade the access card code of your roommate to prevent others from using it.

    • ●Use of electricity inside the room

      • There is an access card holder inside the room, so electricity can only be used if the access card is inserted into the holder.
      • ◈Only the specified cards should be used for the card key holder in the room.
      • ◈If electricity is not available even if the access card is inserted into the holder, please contact the security office or administrative office.

    • ●Use MasterCard key

      • ◈If you leave your access card in the room, you can visit the international student support center, administrative office, and security office to apply for the master card and use it with the manager.
      • ◈You can only use your own room, and you cannot use the master card of another student's room.

    • ●Interphone Usage Guide

    • ●Going-out / Sleep-over

      • ◈Weekdays (Monday to Friday): You can apply for outings until 23:00 on the day of application.
      • ◈Weekend (Saturday to Sunday): If you apply on Saturday, you can apply for a night out until 1:00 on Sunday.

    • ●How to apply

      • ◈Visit the administrative office and apply in person

    • ●Precautions

      • ① If you apply for a night out, you can apply only until the time you can apply (not afterwards)
      • ② Present the exact time and place when applying for a night out
      • ③ Even if you apply for a night out and get approval, penalty points will be imposed when entering and leaving during the access control time (01:00 to 05:00).

    • ●Receipt of mail

      • ◈Normal mails : the recipient can check his or her mails in the mail box located on the 1st floor lobby (the Global Lounge).
      • ◈Registered mails : Take your ID card and receive the mail in the janitor’s room.

    • ●Parcel service

      • ◈Residents can receive a parcel in the janitor’s room.
      • ◈Please, do not keep your parcel in the janitor’s room and take it as soon as possible.

    • ※ Residents shall ensure their mails are addressed properly as follows;

      • Name, Room Number Gyeongbuk Global Exchange Center Gyeyang-ro 149 (or 112 Gyeyang-dong) Gyeongsan City, Gyeongsangbuk Province, Korea.

    • ●Heating and Air Conditioning

      • ◈Operation : The power and temperature can be set individually using a controller installed at each room; however the dormitory may set the highest and lowest temperature during winter and summer, respectively, in accordance with the government-recommended temperature standard.

    • ※ Contact the maintenance office (internal no. 110) if the temperature controller is not working properly.

    • ●Internet and WIFI

      • ◈Two LAN lines and one router for wireless communication are installed at each room.
      • ◈The WIFI number is the same as the Room number.
      ex) Residents of Room 214 can access ‘214’ for WIFI.
