      1 Allowing a non-resident (opposite sex) to enter or stay overnight in their rooms without prior permission. Termination

      2 Gambling, drug, stealing, fire, assault, sexual assault and disturbance in the Center
      3 Demoralizing behavior or breaking into other resident’s room.
      4 Brining in or keeping a pet.
      5 Cooking in a place other than the designated places.
      6 Failing to pay fees and other necessary payments.
      7 Damaging to the Center’s property on purpose.
      8 Bringing an electric heater or cooker in the Center.
      9 Bringing in flammable items such as a butane gas or gasoline in the Center.
      10 Accumulated penalty points are 10 or more.
      11 A person who is considered by Dean to be unfitting to a community life.
      12 Drinking alcohol and smoking indoors (except designated places). 3
      13 Allowing a non-resident (same sex) to stay overnight in their rooms or offering a meal without permission.
      14 Graffiti, posting ads without permission or distributing seditious handouts.
      15 Falsifying or counterfeiting documents (however, submission of falsified certificates or documents when applying will result in the termination of occupancy)
      16 Sleep-over without permission.(Sleep-over during weekends or holidays is considered as one time regardless of the number of dates.) 2
      17 Entering the premises without using the registered entrance card or lending or selling the card.
      18 Dumping trash in a place other than the designated location or without separating renewables.
      19 Entering the Center during the closing time (24:00 ∼ 05:00)
      20 Bringing public facilities (such as fitness equipment in the room; using other resident’s items without permission; opening other resident’s mails.
      21 Leaving personal items in the public space (such as corridor). 1
      22 Kept the room unclean.
      23 Failed to pick up mails for over three days without due reasons.
      24 Failed to attend a roll call, orientation or fire drill without due reasons.
