    • Expiration of contract

      If you leave the company normally after the end of the employment period and leave the company within the regular retirement period, it is called "maturity resignation."If the remaining days are less than 15 days until the regular retirement period, retirement due is applied.

    • Intermediate move-out

      It refers to a moving out due to a personal reason or any other inevitable reasons during the contract period.
      • 1) When moving out due to a personal reason, which include any reasons except inevitable reasons
        → Students will be provided a refund calculated based on the number of remaining dates from the moving out date after reducing 15% of the amount as refund fee.
        * Remaining dates refer to the number dates from the moving out date to the end of contract date (6 months).
      • 2) Intermediate move-out due to an inevitable reason
        → No refund fee will be charged if the reasons for moving our meet the criteria set by GGEC in advance.

      ※ A student who needs to move out before the end of the term shall fill the ‘Moving-out Request’ and submit it to the Administrative Office via email, fax or in person. If you submit it via email or fax, please contact the office to confirm the acceptance of it.
    • Eviction (Forced termination of contract)

      Where a new employee is ordered to leave the company by the director, employee, or assistant in accordance with the regulation table of reward and punishment points for violating the dormitory regulations during the employment period, it shall be referred to as "disciplinary resignation (forced resignation)."
      • A person who has resigned from disciplinary action is not allowed to join the dormitory for another year.
      • Remaining dormitory fees and deposits will not be refunded upon disciplinary resignation.
    • Unauthorized resignation

      If you quit without prior report to the administrative office or without complying with the resignation procedure, it is called "unauthorized resignation."
      ※ In the event of move-out without due notice, the resident fees and deposit will not be refunded.
      • Damage deduction

        • Mattress cover : KRW 20,000
        • Entry card : KRW 10,000
        • Garbage can : KRW 5,000
        • LAN line : KRW 2,000
        • Additional amount can be deducted from the deposit depending on the condition of the room and other items in the room.
    • Leave procedures

      Division Procedures Details
      Step 1 Visiting the administrative office a week before leaving the company Enquiries about resignation and documents*, and information on refund costs.
      Step 2 organize stuff Organize all your personal items and take them out of the room.
      Step 3 Cleaning the Rooms and Bathrooms Clean the room and bathroom without personal items in the room.
      (In case of poor cleaning, you need to check after re-cleaning, so clean thoroughly.)
      Step 4 Requesting the administrative office to check the resignation Check the condition of cleaning and equipment along with the supervisor and assistant.
      (If a facility or equipment is damaged, broken, or lost by comparing the equipment inspection table prepared at the time of joining the company, it shall be compensated.)
      Step 5 Return Card Keys and LAN cable Return the access card key to the administrative office after all the room inspection is completed.
      Step 6 Refund of remaining dormitory fees and deposits After leave to the account submitted to entering we will refund within 15 days.

        • One copy of the application for refund of overpayment (only the relevant person is filled out)
        • One application for refund of food expenses for the cafeteria (only those concerned are filled out)
